Anxiety can be very difficult to deal with. There are many ways we can address it. One simple way in the moment is the 5,4,3,2,1 activity. It works well as it employs the use of the senses to distract us from anxious thoughts. If you experience anxiety and haven’t tried it yet, perhaps it’s worth giving it a go?
